Beautiful and friendly to the core, this dynamic city brings together the bounty of South Florida’s tropical nature and sophisticated shopping.

There’s a reason that Coconut Creek is revered as one of Florida’s most picturesque cities, and it isn’t only because the town is known as the “Butterfly Capital of the World.” Apart from its exotic butterfly aviary and sprawling public parks, Coconut Creek is a cornucopia of ambling waterways, pristine ponds, and thoughtfully designed shopping corridors.

The residential real estate market of Coconut Creek is saturated in upscale condos as well as the occasional, coveted single-family houses Architectural styles typically reflect the town’s airy aesthetic, including colorful bungalows and red-tiled Mediterranean abodes. Often, properties in Coconut Creek boast waterfront and canal views.

Dining, Entertainment, & Shopping

North Broward County’s premier retail and dining destination is nestled right in the heart of Coconut Creek. Anyone who visits the impressive Promenade at Coconut Creek is bound to be delighted by its open-air shopping opportunities and remarkable fine eats. As sun sets at the Promenade, fairy lights strung along swaying palms twinkle over outdoor diners enjoying inspired cuisine that spans across a variety of cultures and styles.

Ethos Greek Bistro is the community’s leader in all things Greek and Mediterranean, and the restaurant’s sumptuous menu of traditional dishes elevated with contemporary flair is apt to make repeat customers out of any visitor. The buzzy, colorful atmosphere of Naked Taco makes every meal a fiesta, and diners come from all over North Broward County to sample the innovative tacos and creative cocktails.

For the craft beer enthusiast, there’s World of Beer, a hip gastropub that carries a selection of more than 500 brews. Plenty of restaurants exist outside of the Promenade, too. Sette Mezzo Ristorante has mastered the art of crafting traditional Italian cuisine, and Papamigos ultra-unique, Asian-Mexican fusion fare has won the hearts of residents near and far.

The Fish Joint is a seafood lover’s dream, while Swirl Wine Bistro has made a name for itself with its sophisticated and internationally driven cuisine, as well as its assortment of specialty wines unique to the restaurant. The Promenade entertains in other ways, too, and situated right next door to epic restaurants, the luxe Coconut Creek Silverspot Cinema is the go-to for catching the latest movies.
