I was referred to Mahriah by an out-of-state agent who highly recommended her. I've dealt with several agents in the past and Mahriah was clearly different. She was very personable and took the time to understand our family's needs and gave excellent advice to someone who had absolutely no prior knowledge of the area. She took the time to set up several house-showing appointments on short notice, was always courteous and "available" (which is not a quality you see very commonly among busy agents). She guided me through the entire house buying and financing process, set me up with an outstanding lender, and closed the deal in a short period of time. Even after closing, Mahriah took the time to guide me on what needs to be done to set up services for the house and even needed updates. I cannot recommend Mahriah enough for anyone's real estate needs especially if you are moving to South Florida from out of state. She is simply outstanding!
